Surface Treatment

        In response to the special needs of carbon products in different industries, we have independently developed a variety of surface treatment methods to improve certain properties of different materials to meet the application needs of customers. 

        For graphite and carbon-carbon substrates, we can use different technologies such as CVD and spraying to perform surface treatment of carbon components and ceramic components. For carbon fiber insulation substrates, we also have professional coating technology to meet the needs of our customers.

Dipping treatment

        Our equipment can carry out a complete impregnation process for different types of carbon substrates. Penetration components, penetration conditions, post-treatment processes, testing standards, etc., can be designed and adjusted according to the end-use needs of customers, and then develop materials and products that fully meet customer needs.
